On how many computers can I use the licence?
One activation per machine. The licence key is bound to the device you activate it on, and a separate activation is required for another computer.
What happens after the 12 months expire?
The app keeps working locally with all of your data. You renew the subscription only to keep receiving updates and support.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days, provided the licence key has not yet been activated.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You manage your subscription and change plans from your customer account, through the billing portal.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice is issued automatically through Stripe on every payment.
